When do I need to pay the deposits?
Depending on what you are booking, although usually to ensure the occasion and dates a deposit is required as soon as possible so that any temporary arrangements that have been made for you can be confirmed. It would be a good idea for you to confirm the trip with us, after you have collected the deposit.
How do I make payments?
Arwain will send you an invoice with details on how to make payment. The booking will not be made until payment has been made.
Does Arwain sort travel insurance?
Arwain do not sort travel insurance. Therefore, we would recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance before you travel; including medical expenses, personal accidents and repatriation. Having insurance that includes cover for baggage, personal liability and cancellation would also be recommended. It would be a good idea to buy your travel insurance when you book your trip with Arwain, as the insurance for cancellation will start on the start date of the policy. This would therefore have you covered if you had to cancel your trip for various reasons.
