Over the last 10 years I have had various experiences which include planning and organizing many events and activities throughout the world of work and also in voluntary roles with Sports Clubs such as Cricket, Rugby and Football as well as the Young Farmers Clubs and the Urdd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhagfyr 2023<\/strong> – fe wnes weld yr hysbyseb yma ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol. Cyfle i ymuno ar raglen Hyfforddiant busnes, sesiynau gydag arbenigwyr busnes dros gyfnod o 8 wythnos, tra hefyd yn ennill \u00a31000 am fod ar yr Hyfforddiant!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doeddwn ni erioed wedi meddwl am sefydlu busnes, neu redeg busnes fy hun; Tan y blynyddoedd diwethaf!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rwyf wedi cyrraedd yr oedran lle mae nifer o\u2019m ffrindiau yn priodi neu wedi priodi, yn ogystal \u00e2 fy hun; ac yng nghanol hyn yr holl benwythnosau Stag! Un peth wnaeth fy nharo oedd bod llawer o drefnu yn mynd i mewn i drefnu penwythnos Stag, ac yn medru fod yn dasg enfawr i\u2019r unigolyn sydd fel arfer yn trefnu (Y Best man fel arfer!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er bod nifer o fusnesau i gael sy\u2019n trefnu penwythnosau Stag neu Bart\u00efon Plu – prin yw’r rhain yng Nghymru, a prinnach byth yn ddwyieithog (Cymraeg a Saesneg).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gyda diddordeb mewn cynllunio a threfnu nifer o ddigwyddiadau a gweithgareddau ta beth; meddyliais am ddatblygu cwmni byddai\u2019n medru darparu gwasanaeth cynllunio a threfnu achlysuron arbennig megis penwythnosau Stag a phart\u00efon Plu yn ogystal \u00e2 theithiau Chwaraeon neu benwythnos i ffwrdd a mwy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pa ffordd well ond ymgeisio am le ar raglen Hyfforddiant Llwyddo\u2019n Lleol? Cyfle i wrando ar arbenigwyr yn y maes busnes, a dysgu wrth fusnesau arall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llwyddo’n Lleol Programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

December 2023<\/strong> – I saw this advert on social media. An opportunity to join a business Training programme, weekly sessions with business experts over a period of 8 weeks, while also receiving \u00a31000!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had never thought about setting up a business, or running a business myself; Until the last few years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have reached the age where many of my friends are getting married or have married, as well as myself; and in the middle of all this – the Stag weekends! One thing struck me; the amount of organization that goes into organizing a Stag weekend, which can be a huge task for the person who usually organizes (usually The Best man!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although there are a number of businesses that organize Stag weekends or hen Parties – these are rare in Wales, and even rarer being bilingual (Welsh and English).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an interest in planning and organizing a number of events and activities anyway; I had a thought about developing a company that would be able to plan & organize special occasions such as Stag weekends and hen parties as well as Sports trips or weekends away & more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What better way but to apply for a place on the Training programme? An opportunity to listen to experts in the business field, and learn from other businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 2024 <\/strong>\u2013 I was lucky to be successful in joining the Llwyddo’n Lleol Training program with this wonderful group. 11 other individuals – some had started a business, and some were in the same situation as me; thinking of starting a business. The weekly sessions with business experts, focused on topics such as marketing, financial management, and attracting customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
